You agree not to use NetWatch Cloud to: - monitor hosts, networks or people you are not authorized to monitor; - conduct surveillance of individuals for harassment, stalking or discrimination; - deanonymize, profile or track users of a network without a lawful basis; - support unlawful interception, or evade a legal restriction on monitoring; - attack, disrupt, overload or probe infrastructure you do not control; - resell, relabel or expose the service to third parties as your own monitoring product without a written agreement. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used this way. Where an account is suspended for suspected unlawful monitoring, the audit trail for that account is retained.
