These terms govern your use of NetWatch Cloud, operated by NetWatch Labs. SERVICE. NetWatch Cloud is offered without charge during the current growth period. Free-tier accounts are subject to host and retention limits shown in the dashboard. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, with notice where practicable. YOUR ACCOUNT. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of your credentials. You must be legally able to enter these terms, and if you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. YOUR DATA. You keep ownership of the telemetry your agents send. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it back to you and to operate the service. We do not sell it and do not use it to train models. RETENTION AND DELETION. Telemetry is retained for your account's configured retention period and then deleted. You can export your data and request account deletion at any time from Settings. Security audit and consent records are retained after deletion where we have a legal or security reason to keep them. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetWatch Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. TERMINATION. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or the acceptable-use policy. CHANGES. We may update these terms. Material changes are versioned, and you will be asked to acknowledge the new version before continuing to use the service.
